Poetry by Jude: Paper Thin
Oct 30, 2021
I’m not the woman I used to be.
You lied and you took it away from me.
This dirty whore paints the picture so beautifully.
She raped your mind and now you are stuck permanently.
I watched the lies roll into the storm.
Disappearing into the darkness.
In which role should I perform?
I lie here beneath my skin.
A soul emerged but worn paper thin.
