Poetry by Jude: Circles for Infinity

My feet sit firmly on this Mother Earth

For she can gather all the slush at its birth

In my brain that crowds my soul

The fear they placed on my tongue to know

Feel her up and with her delight

She’ll light the fire by candlelight

A little magic that’s in you and me

If you’d like to change history

Inhale the fear, the worry inside

Take a deep breath and let that angst subside

The breath that returns is for the trees

They will burst back love times three

There’s no worry left to spend

In this life that is mainly pretend

A little show and you’re the star

It’s your time to burst and show the world who you are

The seed was planted

I stand firm in my stances

Now it’s your turn to see

What’s inside of you is inside of me

Times three hundred and thirty three
