Poetry by Jude: I’m Not Sorry

It hurts when you don’t let me shine

It’s hard to contain this heart of mine

It’s why I always go and hide

I have a safe place inside

I’ve cared and I’ve screamed

But no ones hearing me

So I’ll tell you right here

To make it very clear

I’m not sorry anymore

I made me for me and here’s the door

I may be too much for you

But you see the mirror shines through

I am at peace and I have been blessed

I wish much love for you

And I wish you the best

But our contract is broken

And only love will be spoken

Thank you for the lessons

For real, it was nothing but blessings
